Can I return or exchange my bag if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please visit our Returns Portal to start your request.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All bags purchased from The Bag Creature come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options via Klarna and Afterpay.

How do I care for and clean my new bag?

For nylon and technical fabrics, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For leather goods, use a specialized leather conditioner. Never machine wash your bag unless the care label specifically states otherwise.
